All products currently sold by Wishology are considered “print-on-demand” products (or POD). When you place an order through our store, your order is placed with our POD service provider for each product and shipped to you from their facility.

As such, our return policy is necessarily the same as our service providers’ policies, depending on the product or products you order.

Our policy lasts 30 days (except for digital products *see below*). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not fulfill your return request.

Our current POD service provider for all apparel, canvas, and glassware merchandise is Printful Inc. In accordance with Printful’s return policy:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to Wishology within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on Printful’s part are corrected at no expense to you.

Only claims for defective merchandise will be honored, and only within 30 days from the time you received your shipment.

We do not offer exchanges for sizes at this time.

Contact us at to make a claim. Please be as descriptive as possible about the problem, and attach any pictures you may have of the defective product.



If your claim is approved, we will email you the address you are to ship your return to.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



Amazon allows the return of books within 30 days of purchase. Amazon also handles the entire return process. To begin this process or for more details, please visit the Amazon Returns Center.

There is no need to contact Wishology for the return of a book. However, in the interest of improving our products and providing greater value to our readers, we would love to know the reason for your return.
